WATCH: Nick Shirley Gets in a Wild Street Clash With California Official Who Repeatedly Accuses Him of Having a ‘Small Penis’

Right-wing independent journalist Nick Shirley got into a heated exchange when a California official crashed one of his street interviews to sassily accuse him of having a “small penis.”

The middle-aged man barged into one of Shirley’s interviews with a state politician and held up a piece of computer paper reading, “Allegedly Nick Shirley Has a Small Penis. Prove Me Wrong.”

“Did you guys hear that Nick Shirley has a small penis allegedly?” the man said.

Shirley didn’t seem thrilled with the interruption.

“Wow that’s so adult of you,” Shirley deadpanned. “You have never seen it. You would never see it.”

“Well  I don’t know, this is what they’re reporting,” the man said. “Prove me wrong. It was good enough for Charlie Kirk, prove me wrong.”

The squabbling continued from there, and Shirley later identified his critic as Terry Schanz, the chief of staff for Democratic state assembly member Tina McKinnor.

Shirley started to return the proverbial shots by telling his portly foe, “To look at your penis you’d have to lift up your fat to even look at it.”

He then took a moment to address his viewers by looking straight into the camera and telling them to not believe what they were hearing.

“I’m packing,” Shirley insisted “I don’t know what to say here.”

The wacky ordeal happened as Shirley was interviewing California politicians about a AB 2624, the “Privacy for immigration support services providers” bill which calls for “protecting” a slew of immigrant-run businesses, including healthcare providers, from “online harassment” and doxxing. Oakland Assemblywoman Mia Bonta (D) authored the bill, which state Republicans have sarcastically dubbed the “Stop Nick Shirley Act.”

Shirley scoffed at the legislation while speaking to state representatives in his video, saying it was only created after he “exposed widespread fraud in immigrant communities” in Minnesota.

He squabbled with Schanz a bit more in the video, as Schanz passed out his “Small Penis” flyers. Schanz suggested Shirley has “Small dick energy” before Shirley yanked the grip of papers out of his — a move which sent Schanz into a mini-tantrum. Shirley giggled as Schanz insisted he fork over the papers.
