Fox’s Harris Faulkner Panned for Softball Questions in Trump Interview: ‘A Cute Attempt at Journalism’
Fox News’ Harris Faulkner is getting grief on Twitter for some particularly soft softball questions from her Thursday exclusive interview with President Donald Trump.
The interview started off strong: Faulkner pressed Trump over his hush money schemes with National Enquirer, as well as his relationship with Michael Cohen. Things petered out towards the end, when Faulkner wrapped things up by lauding the president’s “energy” while asking softballs like: “What do you love about being President?”
Numerous media figures were monitoring the exchange on Fox, and they decided to share their thoughts with the Twitterverse once it was over.
