Hannity Fires Back at Koppel Over ‘Fake Edited News’: He ‘Cut Out My Many Examples of Media Bias’

You may have already heard about the back-and-forth between Ted Koppel and Sean Hannity on CBS Sunday Morning today discussing the issue of America’s vast political divide. Koppel told Hannity that he thinks he’s bad for America because he’s “attracted people who are determined that ideology is more important than facts.”
Of course CBS edited down the lengthy interview for the broadcast, but Hannity’s interview ends with Koppel making this remark and does not include Hannity’s rebuttal.
So Hannity took to Twitter to slam the “fake ‘edited’ news,” saying he talked a lot about liberal media bias. He called on CBS to release the full interview:
Fake “edited” news. I did about a 45 minute interview with CBS. They ran less than 2. Why did Ted cut out my many examples of media bias? https://t.co/prynzE2yLQ

Fake “edited” news. I gave a example after example of why I say “journalism is dead”. I also gave many examples of how liberalism has failed https://t.co/prynzE2yLQ

“Fake Edited News” @CBSNews release the Unedited 45 minute interview so people can see the BS games you play in the edit room. I dare you! https://t.co/prynzE2yLQ

Hannity also said that he specifically insisted to Koppel to keep in a certain part of the interview:
Funny behind the scenes After I answered the first question, Ted said “none of that will air”. So I kept saying “Ted u need to keep this in” https://t.co/137pQ8GfLC
