‘Hell You Talmbout!’ #BlackLivesMatter Protesters Shout Down Hillary at Campaign Event

#BlackLivesMatter protesters drowned out Hillary Clinton at her “African-Americans for Hillary” campaign event in Atlanta this afternoon.

They started chanting things like “Black Lives Matter!” while others in the crowd tried to drown them out by chanting “Hillary!”

And in case you’re wondering what “Hell You Talmbout” is, it’s a protest song recorded earlier this year by singer Janelle Monáe.

Back in August, Clinton met with #BlackLivesMatter activists to address the issues they’re trying to bring to the candidates’ attention. During her speech today Clinton spoke a lot about racism, profiling, and other minority concerns.
