MAGA Loses Their Minds Over CNN Trotting Out Natalie Harp’s Estranged Brother for Awkward Interview: ‘DISGUSTING’

CNN took a beating from critics after trotting out the estranged brother of Natalie Harp, a close aide to President Donald Trump, for an interview that was slammed as “disgusting” and just plain awkward.

MAGA supporters and other critics have been taking to social media to slam and question CNN’s decision to interview Preston Harp, the estranged brother of Natalie Harp.

During Preston Harp’s Tuesday interview on OutFront, he broke out into awkward chuckling multiple times and lost track of his thoughts in other spots.

The brother claimed she has an “infatuation” with the president, but also made clear he doesn’t believe it’s a “physical attraction,” which he wasn’t asked about — one of several moments where he made himself laugh.

He later suggested Trump could want Harp around because she’s “good-looking” and is loyal. He said he hopes his sister “wakes” up.

Natalie Harp has found her role in the White House under the microscope after Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-OH) name-checked her at a rally, and the revelation that she was one of the few officials chosen to move with Trump during a recent Air Force One plane swap in Turkey due to an Iranian threat.

The close aide to Trump reportedly follows him almost everywhere, collects positive news clippings about him, and helps with his social media.

Ossoff has described her as a “security blanket” for Trump. He said at a rally where he trashed Trump that the president would rather “build his ballroom and travel with Natalie to their apparently defenseless flying palace gifted by the Emir of Qatar” than do his job.

Republicans have piled on Ossoff for the Harp reference, claiming it’s a misogynistic attack.

CNN is also now under fire for the Preston Harp interview, which left some MAGA supporters with fresh outrage with the network and others just scratching their heads and thinking of old Fast Times at Ridgemont High clips.

“Interviewing the stoner brother who called his own sister ‘good looking’ wasn’t the power move Erin thought it would be,” Commonwealth Foundation’s Erik Telford wrote on X.

“Why do this interview?” journalist Robby Soave asked.
