‘Meetings and Calls!’ Trump Insists His 17 Day Trip to Golf Club is Not a Vacation

As President Trump begins his two week trip to his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, he’s letting everyone know this is definitely going to be a working vacation.

The West Wing was scheduled to undergo an intense renovation period over the next several days. A reporter wrote that Trump called the White House a “real dump” during a recent gathering, though Trump insists that this is quite untrue.

Whether Trump will continue his work away from the White House or not, he was filmed in his golf clothes today as he popped in on a wedding that took place at his clubhouse. This wouldn’t be the first time Trump has done something like this while visiting his properties.

In other news, Trump tweeted about a few other subjects in the last hour. First, Trump touted the latest military gains against ISIS by referencing an article from a news organization he frequently denounces as a purveyor of “fake news.”

Trump also applauded the United Nations for levying new sanctions against North Korea over their continued aggression.
