Melissa McCarthy captivated Manhattan today when she was spotted doing her Sean Spicer impression while filming a segment for the upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live.
McCarthy will be hosting this week’s show, and SNL has been building a lot of hype for the return of her critically-acclaimed impersonation. One example was the show’s musical promo of her getting in costume, and there was also this addicting GIF which references that corrected story about Spicer’s foray around the White House’s bushes.
On Friday, McCarthy-Spicer hit the road as “he” drove around the Big Apple on his motorized White House podium. The bit was filmed near the headquarters of CNN, and the footage shows McCarthy-Spicer yelling at motorists to get out of the way as he zooms through traffic.
