Rush Limbaugh: Obama ‘Profiling Muslim Males’

On his program Friday, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh discussed a story about President Barack Obama’s recently revealed “kill list” of wanted terrorists. Limbaugh said that Obama is “profiling Muslim men” in his efforts to decimate Al Qaeda via drone strike and concluded that “this is not leaks, folks. This is public relations.”

“The President and his advisors understood that they could not keep adding new names to a kill list from ever lower on the Al Qaeda totem pole,” said Limbaugh as he read from the expose revealing the list. “What remains unanswered is how much killing will be enough.”

“Woah, man,” said Limbaugh. “We want somebody to protect this country, we’ve got the guy. Barack Kardashian is on the case.”

“What do you think they thought at the Daily Kos when they read this,” asked Limbaugh. “What do you think Barbara Streisand thought when she read this? She probably didn’t – they all claim they do though.”

Limbaugh continued reading from the story, selecting a passage that quoted an Obama advisor who claimed the “protection of life was always a critical consideration.”

“It is also because Mr. Obama embraced a disputed method for counting civilian casualties that did little to box him in,” Limbaugh read. “In effect, it counts all military age males in a strike zone as combatants according to several administration officials, unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent.”

Limbaugh went on to say that his friend, National Review writer Andrew McCarthy, says “Obama profiles Muslim men.”

“Obama has simply granted to himself here folks the right to wipe out all Al Qaeda – Muslim men,” said Limbaugh. “he doesn’t allow our soldiers this. He doesn’t allow our combat troops this latitude – but for him? The ‘kill list?’ Piece of cake.”

Limbaugh ended this segment saying that the Obama administration’s effort at eliminating Al Qaeda on the battle field was a political effort to dispel the notion among some that his administration is sensitive to Muslim issues. “This is not leaks,” Limbaugh concluded. “This is not leaks, folks. This is public relations.”
