Trump Speaks on Dallas, Sterling, Castile: ‘Racial Divisions Have Gotten Worse’

Donald Trump posted a video to Facebook last night delivering a pretty serious address on the spate of violence across the country this week.

Trump said that the “brutal attack” on Dallas police officers is an attack on America and all of its people’s families, saying, “Every American has the right to live in safety and peace.”

The presumptive GOP nominee also addressed the shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, saying they show “how much more work we have to do to make every American feel their safety is protected.”

And while Trump did not get overtly political in his statement, he did say that “racial divisions have gotten worse, not better.”

He concluded, “We will make America safe again.”
