That little sweetie up there is a two-year-old named Tyler. The video of him crying to Ludwig van Beethoven‘s “Moonlight Sonata” was posted to YouTube in November but has resurfaced in recent days.
Apparently, he was at his sister’s recital when the famous melody brought him to tears. The video of the two-year-old was posted online by his father Josh Noftz, who received endless messages after initially posting the video from supporters worldwide.
The DailyMail reported that some musicians even encouraged the family to buy the young boy musical instruments to encourage and affirm his love for music. The reaction to the video on YouTube was palpable; one user wrote, “Empathy’s best messengers are a child’s heart and music. Here we see both. Thank you Tyler.”
Another wrote, “[A]w man, that was precious. I wanted to see how he reacted at the end!”
But at least YouTube user took a slightly different approach to the warm-hearted video, commenting, “This Piece was performed so badly, no wonder why the kid started crying. lmao.”
