You Should Hire a ‘Fact Checker’: Schwarzenegger Responds to Trump’s Claim He Was Fired From Apprentice

Besides accusing former President Barack Obama of wiretapping his phones prior to the election — without providing any proof — President Donald Trump also took to Twitter today to take yet another shot at his Apprentice successor.
Arnold Schwarzenegger isn't voluntarily leaving the Apprentice, he was fired by his bad (pathetic) ratings, not by me. Sad end to great show
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) March 4, 2017
This is in reference to Arnold Schwarzenegger stating earlier this week that he wouldn’t be returning as host of The Celebrity Apprentice, citing Trump’s connection to the program as the main reason for his decision.
Well, following Trump’s tweet, Arnold fired back:
You should think about hiring a new joke writer and a fact checker. https://t.co/SvAjuPdHfa

Trump has devoted quite a bit of time over the past couple of months ridiculing the former Governor of California over his lackluster ratings hosting the program — which Trump is still an executive producer of — including using the National Prayer Breakfast to “pray for Arnold” over the show’s ratings.
