Rudy Giuliani Scoffs at Islam Being a ‘Religion of Peace’ In Rant Against Abdul El-Sayed: ‘It Has Elements of Mass Homicide’
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani said he doesn’t want to hear a word about Islam being a “religion of peace” because he said history has proven the claim is completely bogus.
Instead, Giuliani argued it is an “ideology that is 1,600 years of mass murder and infanticide” during an interview on Newsmax’s Saturday Report.
“When people like to say Islam is a religion of peace, please. I don’t want to attack all of Islam, but don’t tell me it’s a religion of peace,” Giuliani said. “I know history too well for you to say that to me. It has elements of mass homicide in it, and it has to be avoided by the good people. Most of them do.”
The former attorney for President Donald Trump got on the topic when he was asked about the mom of Michigan Senate Candidate Abdul El-Sayed (D), who according to recent reports worked for a designated “global terrorist” group which gave money to Osama Bin Laden, the Taliban, and Hamas.
Host Rita Crosby asked Giuliani if the “troubling” reports raised any “red flags.”
“Of course it’s troubling! We’re not going to say he’s the same as his mother, but it’s going to make us want to take a look at him. And when we take a look at him, it sounds like he’s the same as his mother!” Giuliani said. “It’s not as if he’s out there preaching American patriotism and what a great country this is and what a wonderful country this is, and what a terrible, terrible ideology his mother is following and has.”
He said later it doesn’t sound like El-Sayed’s mom is one of the “good people” who follow Islam, and that it sounds like El-Sayed “sympathizes with mom’s aims.”
Giuliani — who was mayor of NYC when Bin Laden and other Muslim terrorists orchestrated the 9/11 attacks — added the USA is in danger of being sabotaged by communists and radical Muslims.
“We are at risk of having our Western civilization destroyed by them. And we’re not going to let it happen,” he said.
