President-elect Donald Trump announced the release of a series of “limited edition” signed guitars on Wednesday, with the “Make America Great Again” emblazoned instruments selling for as much as $10,000.
“Coming Soon! The Limited Edition ’45’ Guitar. Only 1,300 of each Acoustic and Electric Guitars MADE — Some personally signed!” announced Trump in a social media post, attached to a photo of him holding one of the guitars.
On its website, Trump Guitars boasts it is “the only guitar officially endorsed by President Donald J. Trump.”
“These beautiful guitars feature the iconic phrase ‘Make America Great Again’ inlaid in authentic pearl up the neck of the guitar and the number 45 on the headstock signifying President Donald J. Trump’s historic term as President,” the company declared, adding that all stock would “arrive in time for Christmas.”

The cheapest range of guitars – “God Bless the USA” – will set Trump supporters back $1,000, with the option of having the instrument covered in an image of the American flag.
Slightly more pricey are the “American Eagle series,” which feature graphics of both American flags and eagles, and will cost supporters between $1,250 and $1,500.
The “Presidential Series” – a more typical-looking collection of electric guitars with “Donald J. Trump” written on the fretboard – will set back supporters $1,500.
For a whopping $10,000, supporters of the president-elect can purchase one of the “Signature Edition” guitars. These guitars appear to be exactly the same as the “American Eagle series” guitars, but with the addition of Trump’s signature for an extra $8,500.
In recent years, the president-elect has sold an entire range of Trump-branded and Trump-endorsed products, including $399 sneakers, $100,000 gold watches, a $60 King James Bible, $100 “MAGADonald’s” t-shirts, digital NFT trading cards, and a nearly $1 million “Ultra MAGA Experience.”
