GOP Lawmaker Takes Pants Off, Screams N-Word to Fight Terror on Sacha Baron Cohen’s Who is America?

Georgia state Rep. Jason Spencer did a very racist impression of a Chinese person, shouted the N-word, and took his pants off — all in service of fighting terror — in the second episode of Sacha Baron Cohen‘s show Who is America?

The lawmaker is the latest Republican to be duped by Cohen, with the second episode of his Showtime series also taking Dick Cheney and Ted Koppel as victims.

In the episode that aired Sunday night, Cohen — in character as Israeli terrorism expert Col. Erran Morad — trains Spencer to protect himself from a terror attack.

As Cohen has Spencer explain his controversial (and unsuccessful) proposal to ban Muslim women from wearing veils, he asks him to act out a series of drills, including a very racist impression of a Chinese man and screaming out the N-word, which Spencer does without hesitation.

“Are you crazy? The ‘N-word’ is noony, not this word, this word is disgusting,” a genuinely surprised-looking Cohen chides him.

In a final drill, Cohen teaches Spencer to intimidate a terrorist by using “his buttocks.” He demands Spencer remove his pants, and has him charge at him… ass-first. Spencer obliges, and yells “America!” while ramming Cohen with his ass.

“If you want to win, you show some skin,” Cohen eventually instructs, and Spencer promptly drops his red boxer briefs.

Reminder: “yells ‘America!’ while ramming Cohen with his ass” … is an actual thing that happened. We thought it bore repeating.
