A former leader of the Ku Klux Klan endorsed Donald Trump for the presidency, and multiple times this morning Trump refused to disavow it.
And worse than that, Trump said he “doesn’t know enough” about the group in question (which would be the KKK in this case) to say anything about disavowing any endorsement.
Yes, seriously, the KKK.
Jake Tapper repeatedly confronted Trump on this and mentioned he is referring to the KKK. Trump said he would need to do more reading before making a judgment.
