TGIF: Couple Has Their Wedding At Starbucks, Elicit ‘Aww’s,’ Puns

Guys, guyettes. Let’s all take a break. It’s been a long week – five entire days – and we deserve to have a moment for ourselves. Whirl around in your office chair. Take a swig from your secret egg nog flask and/or loudly hum the dreidel song while spinning various objects. Steal a co-worker’s staple remover because it makes you feel alive. Do it! Now watch a cute video. Like the one that appears, rather conveniently, in this very post.

Here’s the story: A couple meets at their local Starbucks, becomes “coffee buddies” (ew), and then falls in love (aw). Their relationship grows deeper, richer, and more fragrant, even surviving a tour of duty overseas. And, as iced chai lattes and mocha Frappuccinos gave way to pumpkin lattes and salted caramel hot chocolates, they decide to tie the knot in a fair trade of their love. A whole “latte love,” as this news report puts it. Because they’re two human beans, in love. Coffee pun. But the whipped cream topping on this particular skinny vanilla mochaflippaluta is this: They decided to get married at Starbucks! Y’all are so crazy!

Also interesting to note: The bride has a remarkable resemblance to Michele Bachmann, no? They could be sisters.

Congrats, you two! May you find a happiness as deep and uplifting as discovering that the Starbucks bathroom has no line, no line at all.

Pretty neat.  I’m sure Hollywood will defiantly steal the idea.

They could start a trend.  Cost effective too.
Dunkin Donuts would be my choice of coffee, sooo much tastier, not bitter.
