Trump Goes After NYT, Washington Post Again: They’ll Be ‘Out of Business in 7 Years!’

President Donald Trump started his Twitter day today by going after the New York Times and the Washington Post.
This time, the President was going off a report that 70 million fake accounts were suspended from Twitter in recent weeks:
Twitter is getting rid of fake accounts at a record pace. Will that include the Failing New York Times and propaganda machine for Amazon, the Washington Post, who constantly quote anonymous sources that, in my opinion, don’t exist – They will both be out of business in 7 years!

Earlier this week, Trump went after WaPo for its use of anonymous sources, tweeting, “The Washington Post is constantly quoting “anonymous sources” that do not exist. Rarely do they use the name of anyone because there is no one to give them the kind of negative quote that they are looking for. They are a disgrace to journalism but then again, so are many others!”
And this is not, of course, the first time Trump has tweeted about publications he doesn’t like going out of business soon:
National Review @NRO may be going out of business because of the really pathetic job being done by @JonahNRO. No talent means death – sad!

Like the worthless @NYDailyNews, looks like @politico will be going out of business. Bad reporting- no money, no cred!

And in case you’re wondering, yes, the report on Twitter accounts being banned was mentioned on Fox & Friends this morning:
That very report on the Twitter accounts, by the way, came from the Washington Post.
