Delaney just appears off, maybe drunk, but as far as I know she’s no social firebrand, and she’s not necessarily known for assuming the moral high ground.  I’ve never heard Rush, so correct me if I’m wrong, but I think the reason people mock his illness where they empathize with Delaney is because of Rush’s perceived hypocisy toward other drug users, and not simply because he took drugs.

There are several comments on this thread take a look at Stoneage Man Park and Chicago Dim Nick among them, which make reference for no apparent reason. It’s just another poor excuse to use a dull and weak jibe at the current President.

This is a very sad piece on actress with a history of alcohol issues. Their comments show a lack of fundamental decency. If you find their comments on this particular piece acceptable, then there really is nothing more to be explained.
