Oregon Man Accused of Giving Hooker Exotic Monkey As a Tip

A Eugene, Oregon man gave a prostitute an unusual tip in the form of his small primate. And no, that’s not a euphemism.

The wife of Nathan McClain called police in March, reporting that their pet store Zany Zoo had been robbed. Among the missing valuables were a laptop, girl scout cookie money, and a bushbaby named Gooey. But the plot thickened a few days later when Gooey was discovered living with a prostitute out-of-state.

McClain was later arrested when he drove while high on meth to a porn store located next-door to the police station. Police now believe McClain robbed his own store, used the cookie money to pay for sex, and gave the bushbaby to the prostitute as a tip.

“I’ve worked prostitution for eight and a half years. This is my first time ever recovering a monkey from a prostitute,” officer Rick Lowe told KGW matter-of-factly.
