Rory Kennedy To Produce Rosie O’Donnell’s New Talk Show

Our sister site Gossip Cop broke the news on Friday that Rosie O’Donnell was signing a deal with Warner Brothers to have her own talk show in syndication by 2011-2012 (coincidentally when Queen Oprah is going off the air). Now Gossip Cop has confirmed: the show will be produced by none other than Robert F. Kennedy’s daughter, Rory Kennedy.
Says our source:
And while Rory Kennedy, daughter of the slain Attorney General and niece of both President John F. Kennedy and Sen. Ted Kennedy, has produced several political documentaries, including “Ghosts of Abu Ghraib” and “Shouting Fire: Stories from the Edge of Free Speech,” as far as Gossip Cop can tell she has never produced a daily TV series.
Rory’s involvement with the show was first reported in the LA Times yesterday.
