Trufax: The Pat LaFrieda Meat Emporium houses about 1 million pounds of meat. That’s enough to feed 2 million people simultaneously. Two of those million pounds go to feeding Pat LaFrieda every day. And as the nation’s pre-eminent meat purveyor, he ain’t got time to cook it.
“I eat about two pounds of meat a day,” he told Fast Company. “Mostly raw.”
