Eleven Madison Park’s Daniel Humm Encroaches on Four Seasons Territory
As if the embattled Four Seasons restaurateur Julian Niccolini doesn’t have enough problems, battling sex abuse charges while seeking a new home for his iconic Seagram Building restaurant, Eleven Madison Park‘s Daniel Humm and Will Guidera are making a play for his powerhouse midtown clientele, opening a new restaurant inside a forthcoming office tower at 425 Park Avenue. While there’s not much known — the groundbreaking took place this morning — there’s even have an award-winning architect behind the project. Per The New York Times, “it will be designed by Norman Foster, the Pritzker Prize-winning architect, who is also designing the building.”
