Tonight in Food TV: Top Chefs Give Up, Get Drunk, Impersonate Judges

It’s the Top Chef: New Orleans semi-finals, and just before the remaining three chefs jetted off to Maui for their destination finale, they got drunk, along with now-booted Carlos, and staged a faux-judges table, starring Carlos as John Besh, Nina as Padma Lakshmi, Nick as Tom Colicchio, and a plastic bag as Colicchio’s bald spot. We want what they’re drinking.
