Top Chef Tonight! Check Out These Previews

Tonight, the cheftestants head to San Diego, Chad White‘s turf. His restaurant is literally 10 blocks away from where they meet  guest judge Javier Plascencia, who is famous for combining Mexican and Italian flavors for his own style of Baja cooking. It looks like we’ll get to see more of Amar Santana tonight, too, who has so far been a solid but under-the-radar competitor- he’s making delicious looking jalapeño poppers. Phillip seems, as usual, insufferable.
