‘All the Signs Are Right There!’ Charlamagne Sounds Alarm Over Americans ‘Moonwalking’ Into Rigged Midterms

Charlamagne tha God believes there should be more conversation about President Donald Trump’s supposed efforts to rig the 2026 midterm elections.

Tuesday’s episode of The Breakfast Club began with a discussion of Trump’s latest actions regarding the voting process.

The president has repeatedly claimed that mail-in ballots were a breeding ground for fraud and corruption, and during a Monday night rally in Michigan, Trump said the mail-in voting should be outlawed with just a handful of exceptions.

The day of the rally, Trump’s Justice Department also filed an appeal to the Supreme Court to unblock a clause in one of his Executive Orders that would give the federal government control over state voter rolls.

Charlamagne claimed it a blatant effort to rig elections and ensure Republicans, who hold a narrow majority in the House of Representatives, stay in control of Congress.

“Why does it feel like we’re being so nonchalant about what’s going to happen during the midterms?” he said.

“Like, you can literally make a list of all the things the Trump administration is attempting to do to undermine the midterm elections, and it feels like we’re just moonwalking right into it like it’s nothing.”

Moments later, co-host Mimi Brown said Americans should be “up in arms” with Trump’s actions.

Charlamagne agreed.

“But we’re not,” Charlamagne said, “and all the signs are right there. I mean, you’re going to wait until the day of to be fake outraged on social media for 48 hours, and then still go on about your life even after they steal the elections.”

The president sparked outrage with a recent speech to the nation where he claimed foreign influence on American elections, without providing proof. His own advisor admitted just minutes after the president’s national address that there was “zero evidence” any votes had been changed.
