‘Communist!’ Trump Scolds Protestor Who Called Him ‘Pedophile Protector’ at Rally

President Donald Trump scolded a heckler who repeatedly yelled “pedophile protector!” as he spoke at a rally at the General Motors plant in Milford, MI, on Monday.

“The United States set the highest trade deficit ever recorded so the worst trade deficit and our country was losing more than $1 trillion per year on trade every single year, and it got worse and worse, and if they were in there now that would be close to $2 trillion,” Trump said from the podium. “The trade deficit in automobiles was more than $300 billion annually.”

At this point in Trump’s speech, the heckler could be heard yelling “pedophile protector!” over and over.

Trump kept talking over the intended interruption.

“That means outside countries and companies were coming in and just robbing us blind. And it was causing tremendous problems. But now all of that is changing because I’ve placed historic tariffs on foreign producers and manufacturers including a 25% tariff on foreign automobile, something that no other president had the courage to ever do,” Trump said.

The crowd started cheering wildly as the heckler was being escorted out off camera. The crowd then broke out in a chant of “USA! USA!”

“He’s a communist! He’s a communist,” Trump declared while pointing toward the crowd and chuckling.

“Thank you,” Trump said, repeating, “He’s a communist! We’re running against communists now. This is crazy. What’s going on? But we will win very big. No, I didn’t even hear the guy, I think. You see what they want to do? They want to take your houses, they want to do things that no one’s ever even thought of before. They want to take your money, they want to raise your tax up to 80%. I gave you the biggest tax cut in the history of our country, so, we will keep it that way.”

Trump has repeatedly and erroneously used the word “communist” and “Marxist” to describe traditional Democrats, and members of the Democratic Socialists of America.
