‘Giant SCAM!’ Trump Rages at ‘JUNK’ in His Own Big Beautiful Bill: ‘Break Away From This Craziness!!!’

President Donald Trump raged against his own “Big Beautiful Bill” in a social media post Saturday, calling some of what’s in it a “giant SCAM” and “JUNK” that’s costly and harmful.

Some of what’s in the Senate’s latest version of the so-called Big Beautiful Bill was revealed this week, including changes to Green Energy tax credits portions that have caused some divisions among Republicans.

While both the House and Senate versions make major cuts to Green New Deal tax credits, the Senate version is somewhat less aggressive and allows a longer period of time to “phase out” credits put in place under former president Joe Biden.

Trump on Saturday didn’t quibble over the amount of time for phase-out, instead blasting the concept entirely.

“I HATE ‘GREEN TAX CREDITS’ IN THE GREAT, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL,” he began. “They are largely a giant SCAM. I would much prefer that this money be used somewhere else, including reductions. ‘Anywhere’ would be preferable!”

He blasted windmills and other “JUNK” clean energy options, saying it is “the most expensive and inefficient energy in the world, is destroying the beauty of the environment, and is 10 times more costly than any other energy.”

“None of it works without massive government subsidy (energy should NOT NEED SUBSIDY!),” Trump said. “Also, it is almost exclusively made in China!!!”

He concluded by saying of the provisions in his bill: “It is time to break away, finally, from this craziness!!!”
