‘Lamebrain Prosecutor!’ Trump Lashes Out At ‘Desperate Deranged’ Special Counsel Jack Smith Following Report Release

President-elect Donald Trump unleashed on “deranged” Special Counsel Jack Smith in a furious early morning post on TruthSocial after the Department of Justice released a damning report alleging the he attempted to criminally overturn the 2020 election.
The 137-page DOJ report contends that Trump “inspired his supporters to commit acts of physical violence” during the January 6 Capitol riot of 2021 and knowingly spread false narratives about the 2020 election outcome.
Smith’s report further asserts that Trump exerted “pressure on state officials” and his then-Vice President Mike Pence to manipulate the certification process in Congress.
“When it became clear that Trump had lost the election and that lawful means of challenging the election results had failed, he resorted to a series of criminal efforts to retain power,” Smith wrote.
Early Tuesday, Trump lashed out at Smith as a “lamebrain prosecutor” on social media and accused the House Select Committee—which investigated the January 6 riot—of destroying evidence that allegedly proved his innocence, lambasting the bipartisan panel as “Political Hacks and Thugs.”
Deranged Jack Smith was unable to successfully prosecute the Political Opponent of his “boss,” Crooked Joe Biden, so he ends up writing yet another “Report” based on information that the Unselect Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs ILLEGALLY DESTROYED AND DELETED, because it showed how totally innocent I was, and how completely guilty Nancy Pelosi, and others, were. Jack is a lamebrain prosecutor who was unable to get his case tried before the Election, which I won in a landslide. THE VOTERS HAVE SPOKEN!!!

He followed with a further post blasting Smith’s “Fake findings.”

While the special counsel wrote that there was “sufficient” evidence to convict Trump, he conceded that Trump’s 2024 election win and “imminent return to the presidency” prevents that.
