Suspect Who Ignited Incendiary Device at NYC Federal Building ID’d, Had ‘Anti-ICE Stuff on Him’

A suspect accused of tossing an “incendiary device” at a New York City federal building on Monday has been identified as a 43-year-old who reportedly had “anti-ICE stuff on him.”

The man has been identified as 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca.

Authorities say he’s the man who threw an incendiary device at 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan, a building that houses both FBI and ICE offices.

In a social media post, FBI Director Kash Patel wrote, “This morning an individual deployed an incendiary device outside of 26 Federal Plaza in New York. The individual is in custody and two minor injuries reported thus far. FBI JTTF is investigating the incident.”

Citing  law enforcement sources, Fox Digital reported that Arrabaca had “anti-ICE stuff on him” at the time of his arrest.

In addition, the suspect had some kind of a cart with him that was emblazoned with the words, “ICE off our streets.”

In response, border czar Tom Homan said “good luck with that” on Fox News, and vowed to boost ICE’s presence in the Big Apple.

“ICE isn’t leaving the streets at all,” Homan told America Reports host Sandra Smith. “Matter of fact, we are going to increase our presence in New York.”

The New York Post reported that the man was armed, and threatening people walking by on the street after setting off fireworks at the building.
