The Most Hilarious Social Media Reactions to World Leaders’ Wild Cocaine Train Conspiracy Theory

Social media has gone completely off the rails after a video of three world leaders riding a train to Ukraine together sparked cocaine conspiracy theories.

The clip in question shows French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, and U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer sitting around a table on the Kyiv-bound train, and appearing to be caught off guard as reporters entered the room.

Macron quietly picked up a crumpled white object from the table as Marz hid what was purported to be a tiny spoon.

The video caused social media to erupt, with conspiracy theorists like Alex Jones and Dinesh D’Souza alleging that Macron, Starmer, and Merz were taking a snow day.

“Macron, Starmer, and Merz caught on video on their return from Kiev,” Jones posted on X. “A bag of white powder on the table. Macron quickly pockets it, Merz hides the spoon. No explanation given. Zelensky, known cocaine enthusiast, had just hosted them. All three of the ‘leaders’ look completely cracked out.”

Many were quick to report that the “cocaine” in question was not cocaine at all.

Others took the opportunity to have some fun at the world leaders’ expense, with hilarious results.

In one X post, classic Dave Chappelle character Tyrone Biggums joined the “party.”

As the conspiracy spread like wildfire on the internet, it wasn’t long before Elysée Palace took to X, posting a high-resolution photo of the object with the blunt caption: “This is a tissue. For blowing your nose.”

Some posts on X now come with a community note debunking the claims that the white object is cocaine.
