Conservative attorney George Conway borrowed a tune from reggae great Bob Marley to diss the federal misdemeanor case against the guy who threw a footlong sandwich at an ICE agent.

The man who became a viral sensation, 37-year-old Sean Dunn, was found not guilty by a Washington, D.C.,  jury on Thursday.

“Never-Trumper” Conway posted a video where he’s singing his altered lyrics to Marley’s anti-authority classic, “I Shot The Sheriff,” that included a nod to the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro — who announced the indictment back in August. Her office originally tried for a felony charge, but a grand jury declined to make the charge.

I threw the sandwich, but I did not throw the condiments
I threw the sandwich, but I didn’t throw the condiments

All around Washington D.C.
They’re trying to track me down
They say they want to bring me in guilty
For the spilling of some mayonnaise
For wasting all the dijon, but I say

I threw the sandwich, but I swear it had bad provolone
I threw the sandwich, and they say it is a capicola offense

Judge Pirro always hated me
Because she thought I stole her wine
Every time I poured a glass
She said, give me that, it’s mine
She said, all of that wine is mine
And I say

I threw the sandwich, but I did not throw the condiments, oh no
I threw the sandwich, but I didn’t throw the condiments, oh no

According to the charging documents, Dunn, a former Department of Justice paralegal, was protesting President Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown by yelling obscenities at ICE agents.

“F*ck you! You f*cking fascists! Why are you here? I don’t want you in my city,” Dunn shouted before briefly walking away, then launching the sub, hitting the ICE agent in the chest. When caught and arrested, Dunn admitted to police, “I did it. I threw a sandwich,” the charging documents said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi charged Dunn with felony assault, writing on social media, “If you touch any law enforcement officer, we will come after you. I just learned that this defendant worked at the Department of Justice — NO LONGER. Not only is he FIRED, he has been charged with a felony. This is an example of the Deep State we have been up against for seven months as we work to refocus DOJ. You will NOT work in this administration while disrespecting our government and law enforcement.”
