CNN’s Tony Harris Appears To Want Lindsay Lohan To Get Jail Time

Lindsay Lohan is in court today and may receive jail time for violating her probation which she was put on after a couple of DUI arrests. The judge has already ruled that she won’t go to jail for the instance last month when her alcohol-monitoring bracelet showed positive traces for alcohol. However, she may still end up behind bars for missing some court-ordered alcohol education sessions, something that CNN’s Tony Harris pointed out would be plenty cause for all of us non-Hollywood starlets.

While we at Mediaite have been mostly closing our eyes, replaying Mean Girls in our heads, and hoping this whole sad story will just go away, our friends at Gossip Cop have been all over it. Gossip Cop’s Michael Lewittes joined Harris over the phone to go over what’s going on in that Beverly Hills courthouse. Lewittes explained that Lohan did pass the sessions that the judge ordered her to go to, although she did not complete them in the proper amount of time. This will be the case that the prosecution will be making. Harris seemed to be a bit annoyed by all of that, remarking her behavior would definitely be considered a probation violation for “the guys from [his] neighborhood.”

That would probably be the case for our neighborhood as well. And we’re saying that as huge fans of Freaky Friday.

If you think things are going too easy for Lohan, you might be heartened to know that she’s having a pretty bad day even without all this jail talk. Gossip Cop is also reporting that Lohan was served with a separate lawsuit…while she was in court today. Yikes.
