Video Shows Charged Baltimore Cops Weren’t Cuffed Before Being Booked

 

baltimoreNew video shows how three Baltimore cops charged in the death of Freddie Gray were not handcuffed before they were booked into prison.

It’s generally standard procedure to handcuff suspects being charged with these kinds of crimes, but Caesar Goodson, William Porter, and Edward Nero are all seen in this video getting out of a police van without handcuffs on.

And one of them even gave another person a hug before walking inside.

On CNN today, Brooke Baldwin ran the video, and guest Steve Rogers––a former FBI officer––said that it was “inappropriate” to not follow procedure.
