Watch This Arrested Wall Streeter Take off Running from CNBC’s Camera
Michael Lucarelli, marketing director for the investment firm Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates Inc., was arrested Tuesday for thirteen counts of securities fraud. Cameras booked it down to the New York City courthouse to film his exit and maybe get a question or two in when a disheveled-looking Lucarelli took off running, losing his flip flops in the process:
The government is arguing that Lucarelli used information about clients gleaned from early drafts of his firm’s press releases to carry out trades on his own. I argue he looks like Job from Arrested Development.
