Anonymous D.C. Reporter Is Leaning Toward Trump Because It’s ‘More Enticing’ to Cover

shrug An anonymous political reporter in Washington D.C. told GQ that they were leaning toward Trump because his administration “selfishly, sounds a lot more enticing” to write about.

The unnamed reporter also said, “I believe that sometimes you just have to blow shit up to build it again, and I think that a Trump presidency would do that.”

The reporter said they were dismayed by Trump’s racism, but also by Clinton’s antipathy for the press. “I’ve struggled with this the entire election season,” they said.

“I think I would just have to sort of give in to my chaos theory of Trump and just hope that he surrounds himself with the right people enough that it’s not a total disaster? Or Hillary would have to do a really convincing and honest come-to-Jesus with the media. A real press conference.”
