‘Is That White Spray Paint?’: Sam Bee Jabs at Obama’s Age in Halloween Edition Interview

President Barack Obama continued his late night comedy blitz on Monday with an appearance on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, and making the case for Hillary Clinton with young voters in the process.

It marked Obama’s first appearance on Bee’s TBS program, an interview that was originally billed as featuring the “legal scholar and former junior Senator from Illinois.”

“I want to let first time voters know why it’s so important to vote,” said the President. “Young people have as big a stake in this election as anybody,” he continued, identifying some of the crucial differences between his hopeful successor and her Republican rival Donald Trump.

The Canadian-born comedian used the opportunity to jab at the President’s age, remaking about his graying hair, “Is that white spray paint?” She also asked the President to identify what he thinks the oft-cited critiques of Clinton would be in office on par with his birtherism critics.

The appearance on Full Frontal marked the latest effort by 44 to make the late night rounds in his final months in-office. He recently joined Jimmy Kimmel for a round of the fan-favorite Mean Tweets segment, and appeared on the Tonight Show earlier this year to lend a hand to Jimmy Fallon‘s Thank You Notes. This Friday Obama will be appearing on Real Time with Bill Maher on HBO, just four days before the election.
