It looks like that Democratic sit-in might have actually gotten something done, because Paul Ryan said today that the House of Representatives would be taking up gun control legislation this week.
Democrats held the sit-in demanding up-or-down votes on gun control measures, especially one to keep people on the terror watch list from being able to buy guns.
However, this would be part of anti-terrorism legislation, and Ryan reportedly complained about how Democrats care more about guns than terrorism.
