C-SPAN Cameras Catch Elizabeth Warren Absolutely Wipe Out on Senate Floor — And MAGA Goes Wild

A minor tumble taken by Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Senate floor on Thursday set the MAGA world ablaze with mockery on social media.

Warren was on the Senate floor to give a speech on appropriations. At some point after she finished speaking, she was seen on camera speaking with her colleagues. When she went to lean against a small table, the table immediately gave way and Warren fell down.

Due to her falling onto the table, Warren fortunately landed in a seated position and stayed on her feet. Other members of the Senate rushed to help but her, but she gestured to assure them that she was OK and quickly stood back up.

Although the fall was pretty unremarkable, it was still enough to make Warren the center of a wave of ridicule from conservative social media accounts. Podcaster Nick Sortor framed the clip as Warren attempting a “casual lean” in an effort to “look like a human being.”

Washington Reporter editor in chief Matthew Foldi claimed Warren “just ate shit on the Senate floor.”

Others posted a handful of celebratory tweets in response to the fall.

At the time of writing, Warren had not commented on the clip that quickly went viral.
