Bernie Sanders Abruptly Ends Interview After Reporter Asks About Nevada Chaos
Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders apparently doesn’t want to answer any questions about the chaotic Nevada convention or his supporters’ conduct Saturday, abruptly ending an interview when an NBC reporter began to ask him about it.
“Senator quickly, this past weekend was the Nevada convention…” the reporter began asking him on a Puerto Rico tarmac Tuesday.
That was all Sanders needed to hear. “Okay, I think we’re going to leave that there,” he said, turning and walking away.
“Any reaction to that?” the reporter asked Sanders’ back, to no avail.
