Getting onto Law Review is based on either 1) 1L grades or 2) selection as a “write-on” candidate. Obama was a “write-on,” as I recall from a section in his first book. At the time, Harvard Law was in turmoil over allegations of discrimination against giving tenure to black law professors. By and large, 1L classes are in required courses. All law school grades are pretty subjective and are based on a curve. If his 1L classes were not adequate for Law Review, his grades were not in the top part of his class.

The point that Trump is making effectively is that we know very little of substance about Obama. The media portrayed him in ways that have proved not to be true. Just one instance is in their portrayal of him as a “Constitutional scholar and law professor.” Obama is no “constitutional scholar”- he took Constitutional law when he was in law school. He was NOT a “professor”- he was a lecturer who taught the basic Con Law class.

Actually, law school grades can be “gifts.” No professor who values their job at HLS was going to give a “B” to someone with Obama’s background who was on Law Review. Grades are subjective in law school AND they are on a curve. His 1L grades weren’t good enough to get on Law Review, so I wonder what his 2L and 3L classes were, who taught those classes and what were his grades. Too bad no one can ever get to see his blue books.

Since Industry in general or should I say Big Money never does their own dirty work. Have you noticed Big Money spokesmen never show up on TV or in real life? The Donald (is that the name of the creature on top his head?) is evidently forgetting that when ones parent(s) attend a college, a child can generally follow in their footsteps as a legacy. You know- like Bush to Yale and McCain to the Navel Academy? Barack Obama the first graduated from Harvard. Remember? So why would it be a surprise his son went to school there? President Obama also graduated Magna Cum Laude, which in case Trumpet doesn’t know, that is an honor only bestowed on those with not only a high GPA but who has also taken extra credit classes, so the president evidently did quite well in that area. Of course theres the fact that his fellow students elected him to be the first black president of the Harvard Law Review. I guess that was a trial run so to speak, for the job that he now holds as the first black President of the United States of America. Seems to me that Barack Hussein Obama II has done more with his life at a younger age than the Donald has done. The President got rich through his OWN efforts (didn’t have rich parents), he worked in his community to help the less fortunate. graduated with a BA and then a JD, was a professor, became an author, elected to his states Senate, the US Senate and then to the Presidency. He married and is still married to the same woman, has two beautiful, smart and well mannered daughters and a wonderful wife and even a mother in-law that adores him. It would seem to me that our president has so much more than the Donald, especially since he got it down right the first time- he didn’t have to file bankruptcy at all!

President Obama is mixed. Half African-American and half white. His family, you know the ones who raised him—are white! Yes they are newsflash. lets talk about that side. No other President in the history of the United States has ever had to show their “papers.” The man is smart, Bush “needed” his aides to answer simple questions, Oh but since he is totally white no one questioned his “papers.” this whole Trump crap is just a rich, white, racist man standing on the soap-box and those who amuse him are hiding behind there KKK sheets missing the slavery days.
