Miami Marlins Pitcher Jose Fernandez Dies in Boating Accident
Jose Fernandez, pitcher for the Miami Marlins, died in a boating accident earlier today.
According to authorities, the boat crashed into rocks near Miami Beach. Three people were found dead, Fernandez among them.
The Marlins called off today’s game against the Braves and are currently mourning the loss of their friend and teammate:
