A mother known as “the human barbie” for her self-admitted “addiction” to plastic surgery has given her daughter a noteworthy–or nauseating–gift for the girl’s seventh birthday: a coupon for breast enlargement surgery. “Poppy begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she’s 16, when it’s legal. If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it,” said Sarah Burge, who insisted her daughter “squealed with delight” when she received the voucher.

The voucher, reports the UK’s Daily Mail, was the big event in a massive birthday celebration costing thousands of British pounds:

Poppy says: ‘I wanted a new computer, a holiday and a voucher for surgery. When I got it all, it was a dream come true. All my friends were jealous. ‘I can’t wait to be like Mummy with big boobs. They’re pretty.’

The mom has a birthday of her own coming up–and, yes, more surgery:

Set to celebrate her 51st birthday later this year with £51,000 of surgery including a facelift, bottom implants and liposuction, she plans to allow her youngest daughter to watch the procedures on video.

She said: ‘I want Poppy to see what will happen.

‘Some people think it’s controversial and I get angry when strangers say I’m a bad mother because I don’t think there’s any harm in giving her this gift.

Sheesh, can we stop turning every story into a dem VS. repub thing? Anyway, I hope this is a hoax like Botox Mom. Because seriously, what is wrong with people? This is the 21st century. We’re not supposed to be so hung up on appearances. If this kid is so shallow-ninded and sick at such a young age, and her mom is just as big of a freak, well, you know what they say about some people who should never have had children…
