Don Cheadle Explains Obama ‘Gangsta’ Comment, Hopes The President Will ‘Smack Up’ Speaker Boehner
Actor Don Cheadle, who has managed to help bring us both the heartbreaking Hotel Rwanda and the perplexing Hotel for Dogs, is currently in such a situation. In an interview with Jet magazine, Cheadle, who has a new TV show coming out soon, shared that he believes President Barack Obama “inherited an impossible situation. I wish he had not been so much of a consensus-seeker. I just wanted to see a more ‘gangsta’ president.”

So says BusinessWeek. The NBA Hall of Famer is reportedly in talks to purchase Johnson Publishing Company, a publishing concern that prints Ebony, Jet and other related titles and books. SInce retiring from basketball, Earvin “Magic” Johnson has built a net worth in excess of $700MM via Magic Johnson Enterprises, which includes Theater, real estate and promotional businesses among others.
