Is George Lopez Your New Celebrity Apprentice Host?

Is George Lopez the new Celebrity Apprentice host? Page Six has sources that say so, which means there’s a technically higher than 0% chance that it’s true.

“There have been initial conversations with George Lopez’s representatives, and, given Donald Trump’s crazy comments, George would be the perfect loud response to Trump,” one source told Page Six, while another said, “It could be a smart move by NBC to cast George as Trump’s replacement, and it would also bring diversity to the network.”

All cautioned that talks are in their infant stages. An NBC source denied the report to CNN’s Brian Stelter.

Lopez’s hiring would double as a big middle finger to former host Donald Trump. The celebrity plutocrat reportedly left the show upon announcing his presidential candidacy, a decision that became irreversible once NBC cut ties with Trump after his comments about undocumented immigrants. In response, Lopez reasoned that there might be enough racists in the U.S. to elect Trump.

As for Trump, he wished Lopez luck on Fox & Friends this a.m.:
