Stacey Dash: Obama ‘Doesn’t Need Permission’ to Strike ISIS

Outnumbered host Stacey Dash criticized President Barack Obama Wednesday afternoon for failing to craft a comprehensive plan to defeat ISIS, but added that he did not have to go to Congress to obtain authorization to strike against the Sunni militant group. Dash emphasized that Obama needed a strategy that “works” over one that doesn’t.

“There has to be a strategy, that’s what’s lacking,” Dash said. “I don’t think we need permission. You hit one of our own, we don’t need permission to strike back. The problem is Obama’s always reacting to what he sees on the news. He’s always behind the ball. He has to be ahead of it. So yes, there has to be strategy and there has to be one that works.”
