CANCELED: FBI Briefing On Boston Marathon Bombings

FBI authorities are scheduled to give the latest updates on the Boston Marathon bombings investigation tonight, Wednesday, April 17th. Originally scheduled for 5pm ET, the briefing has been indefinitely postponed until further notice. We will update this post with the new start time as soon as it is announced.

UPDATE (7:20pm ET): The FBI briefing is now scheduled to begin at approximately 8pm ET.

UPDATE (7:35pm ET): The Boston Police Department announced that the FBI has canceled tonight’s briefing, authorities will not speak to the public tonight.
