Emma Thompson Washes a Sheepdog With Jimmy Fallon: ‘F*cking Glorious’

Emma Thompson is hosting Saturday Night Live tonight, and she joined Jimmy Fallon last night to chat about it.

But they also had some fun over a joke in Thompson’s upcoming movie Late Night.

In the film, written by Mindy Kaling, Thompson plays a late night talk show host trying to save her show.

Fallon showed a clip from the movie of Amy Ryan‘s character telling Thompson’s character her ratings suck and that while she was speaking to Doris Kearns Goodwin, Fallon was washing a sheepdog with Robert Downey Jr. and “it was fucking glorious.”

So Fallon invited Thompson to wash a sheepdog. And Thompson confirmed that it was indeed “fucking glorious.”
