WATCH: Emeril Makes Makes All Our Treme Dreams Come True

We had no idea what Emeril Lagasse was making on today’s chaotic Good Morning America cooking segment, because it was on location in New Orleans, and OH MY GOD SCREAMING and WHOA SUPERBOWL. There were football players involved, so Josh Elliott turned into a former sportscasting puddle of fanboy. Emeril quickly lost control of the demo. All we got was roux, cream, and a fuckton of cheese. Gumbo, we think? Who knows.
