Last Call: You Need This Before You Leave The Office
TGIF, and TGIPD (Thank God It’s Pay Day) for statistically half of you. But, before you go, here’s what you need to see from around the web:
Eater:
“Star Wars: A Wookie Cookie Bookie” is not a flashback nightmare from your childhood speech therapy. It’s a real thing, and it’s a cook book. It includes dishes like “Jabba the Hummus,” and Eater is calling it the ultimate fan fiction cook book. The book is one of a kind and is not for sale, which is unfortunate for its creator, because if the current state of things has shown us anything, it’s that “Star Wars” = Big $$.
Grub Street
The $100 donut, which made headlines earlier this week is also a thing that exists. Adam Platt tried it, and he liked it. But, he doesn’t suggest you run and get one, which is good because we had absolutely no plans of doing so.
Vice Munchies

Pizza rat may not be real. IS EVERYTHING WE EVER KNEW A LIE?!
Food & Wine
Dana Cowin is leaving Food & Wine after 21 years, and the magazine has declared January 8th National Dana Cowin day. She’ll be taking over as Chief Creative Officer of Chef’s Club by Food & Wine, which has locations in downtown NYC and Aspen.
Have a great weekend, everyone! Eat well.
