Fresh off his Top Chef: Seattle finale judging, Martin Yan moved over to Fox to guest judge a Hell’s Kitchen challenge. We sincerely hope he understands the difference in skill level between Top Chef-testants and Hell’s Kitchen contestants, lest he suffer some unpleasant palate surprise.
